Titan IPTV respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws promptly and remove or disable access to material identified as infringing.
Designated agent
Send notices to our designated copyright agent by email: support@titaniptv.live with the subject line "DMCA notice".
What a notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material and where it appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Response time
We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and act on them within 5 business days. Incomplete notices are returned with a request for the missing information.
Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same identifying details and a statement under penalty of perjury.
