Step-by-step setup
Install the app for your device
Android TV and phones: Google Play. Firestick: sideload with Downloader (see the Firestick guide). Samsung and LG: search the TV app store for "IPTV Smarters". Apple: "IPTV Smarters Player" on the App Store. Windows and Mac: download from the official site.
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
On the first screen, accept the terms and select Xtream Codes. Do not choose M3U unless support told you to.
Enter your Titan IPTV details
Any name, then the username, password and server URL including http:// and the port, exactly as sent on WhatsApp. Tap Add User.
Let the EPG load
The app downloads channels, VOD and the EPG. The guide fills in within a few minutes. In Settings, EPG, turn on "Enable EPG on live TV".
Set the player
In Settings, Player settings, choose the built-in player with hardware decoding. If a channel stutters, switch that channel to software decoding using the player menu.
Common errors and fixes
"Your account is expired"
Your plan has ended. Renew on WhatsApp and the same login works again within minutes.
Channels list is empty after login
Pull down to refresh or log out and in again. If it stays empty the server URL was typed wrong; check the port number.
App keeps closing on Firestick
Clear the app cache in Settings, Applications, Manage installed applications, then reopen. Reinstall the latest version if it continues.
