What we collect
When you request a trial or contact us through the site we receive the name, email address, device and optional WhatsApp number you enter, plus your IP address for spam protection.
When you order on WhatsApp we see your WhatsApp profile name and number, and the plan you chose. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose and are not stored by us.
How we use it
To create and support your account, send your login details, answer your messages and remind you before a plan ends. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. No advertising cookies are set. You can block analytics in your browser without affecting the site.
Storage and retention
Account records are kept while your plan is active and for 12 months afterwards so that you can renew with the same login, then deleted. Form submissions are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted by emailing support@titaniptv.live. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers with access limited to the support team. Login details are sent to you through WhatsApp or email; keep them private.
