1. Who we are
Titan IPTV ("we", "us") operates the website titaniptv.live and provides access to an IPTV streaming service ("the Service"). By ordering a plan, requesting a trial or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
The Service gives you access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet for the period you paid for. Channel line-ups and on-demand titles change over time and we do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will remain available.
You need your own internet connection and a compatible device. Setup guides are provided free of charge, and support is available on WhatsApp and email.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed on WhatsApp. The price quoted in the chat is the full price in USD and there are no recurring charges: plans do not renew automatically.
Your account is activated after payment is confirmed, normally within under 15 minutes.
4. Acceptable use
One account is for one household. Sharing login details publicly, reselling access without joining the reseller program, or using the Service to redistribute streams will end the account without refund.
The number of simultaneous streams is limited to the device count of your plan.
5. Refunds
Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our refund policy. Refund requests are made on WhatsApp or by email to support@titaniptv.live.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and use redundant servers, but the Service depends on third-party networks and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Extended outages are compensated with additional days of service.
7. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
