IPTV costs $15 to $20 for a single month on one device, and $59 to $85 for a full year, which works out to $5 to $7 a month. Those are the real prices from the five providers we pay for, checked on 2 September 2026, not a range copied from another article. Multi-screen plans add $10 to $25 a month, licensed services such as YouTube TV cost $83, and cable in the United States averages $80 to $150. The rest of this guide shows where every dollar goes and which plan length actually saves money.
We run Titan IPTV, so our prices are in the tables below alongside everyone else’s. We have not rounded ours down or theirs up; every figure is quoted from the provider’s own pricing page on the date stated, and we will refresh the page in January.
The short answer
Expect $15 a month if you pay monthly, about $6 a month if you pay for a year, and roughly double those figures for a plan that plays on three screens at once. Anything under $4 a month or any “lifetime” price should make you suspicious, for reasons explained below.
What IPTV typically costs in 2026
Independent IPTV providers price almost identically because they face the same costs: servers sized for Saturday evenings, bandwidth, panel software and people to answer WhatsApp at night. Across the five services we subscribe to, the one-month price is $15 in US dollars or the local equivalent everywhere, and the one-year price sits between $59 and $85.
| Provider | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | Yearly cost per month | Devices |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Titan IPTV | $15 | $35 | $55 | $75 | $6.25 | 1 to 5 |
| Tivo8k | $15 | $29 | $45 | $69 | $5.75 | 1 (more on request) |
| BlueNova TV | $15 | $29 | $39 | $59 | $4.92 | 1 to 3 |
| IPTVV.ca | CA$19 | CA$29 | CA$49 | CA$79 | CA$6.58 | 1 to 4 |
| IPTV Smarters Pro Australia | AU$22 | AU$42 | AU$56 | AU$85 | AU$7.08 | 1 to 3 |
Every plan on that table includes the same things: the provider’s full channel list, its on-demand library, 4K where the source allows it, an EPG and support. There is no cheaper “basic” tier with fewer channels at independent providers; the only variables are the length of the plan and the number of screens. Our own pricing page puts all four lengths and four device counts in one table so nothing has to be asked for.
Monthly versus yearly: the real difference
The yearly plan is where the money is saved. On every service in the table, twelve months costs about the same as five months bought one at a time.
| Provider | 12 × monthly | Yearly plan | Saved | Break-even |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Titan IPTV | $180 | $75 | $105 (58%) | Month 5 |
| Tivo8k | $180 | $69 | $111 (62%) | Month 5 |
| BlueNova TV | $180 | $59 | $121 (67%) | Month 4 |
| IPTVV.ca | CA$228 | CA$79 | CA$149 (65%) | Month 5 |
| IPTV Smarters Pro Australia | AU$264 | AU$85 | AU$179 (68%) | Month 4 |
The catch is that a yearly plan is only a saving if the service is still working in month eleven. That is why we, and every provider we respect, say the same thing: take the trial, buy one month, and move to a year once the service has earned it. The month costs you about $9 more than a twelfth of the yearly price, which is cheap insurance. Among our own customers, roughly three in four who start on one month move to the yearly plan at their first renewal, which tells you the trade works in both directions.
Multi-device pricing: what a second TV costs
A one-device plan lets you install the app everywhere but play on one screen at a time. Households with a living-room TV and a bedroom TV, or parents and teenagers, need two or three simultaneous streams, and this is where prices diverge. On Titan IPTV the yearly plan is $75 for one screen, $129 for two, $175 for three and $259 for five, so the fifth screen costs about $4.30 a month. IPTVV.ca sells up to four devices and BlueNova TV and IPTV Smarters Pro Australia up to three, at roughly 1.6 to 2 times the single-device price for two and 2 to 2.5 times for three. Tivo8k quotes multi-connection plans on request.
Two things to check before paying for extra screens. First, whether the plan counts devices or simultaneous streams; most independent providers count streams, which is the useful measure. Second, whether the multi-device price is shown on the site at all. If you have to ask, ask before paying, and get the answer in writing in the chat.
Lifetime plans: why they cost more than they seem
Some sellers advertise lifetime IPTV for $150 to $400. The arithmetic looks attractive next to $75 a year until you ask whose lifetime. Nobody can promise permanent access to channels they do not own; the only way a lifetime plan pays off for the seller is if the service, or the seller, is gone before the plan would have paid off for you. Every provider in our table sells a maximum of twelve months. A lifetime offer is the single most reliable sign of a seller who does not plan to be around, and we would not pay it at any price.
The hidden costs
The subscription is usually the only recurring cost, but four other items can appear on the bill.
- A device. Most people already own one. If not, an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K costs $30 to $50 and runs everything. A dedicated box such as a Formuler Z11 is $120 to $180 and is a luxury, not a requirement. Our setup guides cover both.
- A player app. IPTV Smarters Pro is free. TiViMate has a free version and a Premium licence, about $9.99 a year or a one-off lifetime fee in the high thirties, for recording, multi-view and up to five devices. Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG TVs charges a small one-time activation per TV. None of these are subscriptions.
- Internet. You are already paying for it. A 4K stream needs a steady 25 Mbps and two HD streams about 16 Mbps, which most home plans exceed. IPTV uses about 2 to 3 GB per hour in HD and 7 to 10 GB in 4K, so a capped mobile plan is the one place it can cost extra.
- A VPN. Optional. Useful if your internet provider slows video in the evening; $3 to $10 a month if you need one, nothing if you do not.
What you should not pay: an activation fee, a setup fee, a “server maintenance” charge, or a renewal price higher than the new-customer price. None of the providers in this comparison charge any of them.
The cheapest ways to get IPTV in 2026
- The yearly plan on one device, after a trial and a month. $59 to $85 a year, or $5 to $7 a month, at every reputable provider.
- Share a multi-device plan. A five-device Titan IPTV year at $259 split three ways is $86 each with two streams to spare; providers’ terms usually allow a household but not resale, so read them.
- Free, legal, ad-supported TV. Pluto TV, Tubi, Plex and Samsung TV Plus cost nothing and carry hundreds of channels, with no big-league sport. For news and background TV they are genuinely enough for some households.
- Not free lists. Free M3U lists from forums and GitHub cost nothing and work for days, then die. We have watched it happen on a stopwatch. They are a way to lose an evening, not a way to save $6.
IPTV versus cable versus licensed streaming
This is the comparison most people are really making, so here it is with the same honesty applied to our own column.
| Cable or satellite | Licensed streaming (YouTube TV, Hulu + Live, Fubo) | Independent IPTV | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | $80 to $150 plus box rental and fees | $83 to $85; Sling from $46 | $15 monthly, $5 to $7 on a yearly plan |
| Yearly cost | $1,100 to $1,900 | $1,000 | $59 to $85 on one device; $259 for five on Titan IPTV |
| Channels | 150 to 300 | 80 to 150 | 5,000 to 50,000 including international |
| Contract | 12 to 24 months | None | None |
| Refund | Rare | Prorated at best | 7 days at most providers |
| Licensing | Full | Full | Not published; see our legality guide |
The saving against cable is $1,000 or more a year for a household, which is why the question “how much does IPTV cost” is usually asked by someone looking at a cable bill. The saving against a licensed streaming service is smaller in absolute terms and comes with the licensing trade-off in the last row; if that trade-off matters to you, Sling at $46 is the cheapest fully licensed route to sport. We compared five independent services in detail, including who suits Canada and Australia, in our month-long test.
What you get for $15 on Titan IPTV
Since our prices are in the tables, here is what they buy so you can compare like with like. $15 for one month, or $75 for a year, gives one screen with 25,000+ live channels, 120,000+ films and series, 4K, HD and SD versions of the main channels, an EPG, catch-up in supporting apps, and a person on WhatsApp 24/7. Activation takes under 15 minutes after payment and there is a 7-day money-back guarantee. Two, three and five-screen plans are on the pricing page, and the 24-hour trial is free and needs no card.
How we know this
Written by the Titan IPTV support team. Every price above was copied from the provider’s pricing page on 2 September 2026; cable and licensed-streaming figures are the standard rates published by the services and by US cable operators the same day. Data-per-hour figures are measured from our own 4K and HD streams. The renewal statistic is from our own customer records for June to August 2026. We sell one of the services compared and have said so; the tables give you the numbers to check.
Frequently asked questions
How much is IPTV monthly?
A single month on one device costs $15 at most independent providers in 2026, or CA$19 and AU$22 in Canada and Australia. Paying for a year drops the effective monthly cost to $5 to $7. Multi-screen plans cost roughly 1.6 to 2 times the single-device price for two screens and 2 to 2.5 times for three.
How much does an IPTV subscription typically cost per year?
Between $59 and $85 for one device at the five providers we pay for, checked in September 2026. Titan IPTV is $75, Tivo8k $69 and BlueNova TV $59; IPTVV.ca is CA$79 and IPTV Smarters Pro Australia AU$85. A five-screen year on Titan IPTV is $259.
How much is an IPTV account with more than one device?
On Titan IPTV a yearly account is $75 for one screen, $129 for two, $175 for three and $259 for five simultaneous streams. Other providers price two screens at about 1.6 to 2 times the single-device rate. Check whether the plan counts simultaneous streams rather than installed devices; streams is the useful number.
Is a lifetime IPTV subscription worth it?
No. Lifetime plans of $150 to $400 only pay off for the seller if the service disappears before they pay off for you, and no seller can promise permanent access to channels it does not own. Every reputable provider sells a maximum of twelve months. Treat a lifetime offer as a warning sign rather than a bargain.
Are there hidden costs with IPTV?
Usually not from the provider. Possible extras are a streaming device if you do not own one ($30 to $50 for a Fire TV Stick), a one-time app purchase such as TiViMate Premium (about $10 to $15), and a VPN ($3 to $10 a month) if your internet provider throttles video. There should never be an activation, setup or maintenance fee.
How does IPTV cost compare to cable?
Cable in the United States runs $80 to $150 a month plus box rental, or $1,100 to $1,900 a year. A yearly IPTV plan on one device is $59 to $85, and a five-screen plan is $259. Licensed streaming services such as YouTube TV cost about $83 a month, or $1,000 a year, and carry fewer channels but hold full licences.
